We require payment in full prior to processing of orders. Please include payment with your shipment.
Payment is in U.S. funds except for Canadian customers who pay in Canadian funds plus applicable taxes.

Shipping Options:
Send vinyl records or cassette tapes to us by mail or courier.
The U.S. and Canadian post offices are very reliable; however you may want to consider using a traceable service to be safe.
Please do not record a large value on the customs form when sending records to us. Customs Duty fees are based on value. We may refuse to accept a package if it includes a duty charge or we may add the extra cost to your order.

Your new audio restoration CDs will be sent to you by regular postal service. We can send packages by courier for an additional fees if requested.
Your original recordings will be returned to you along with the new music archive CDs.
